Jana Kramer became famous on TV, in which she portrayed Alex in the One Tree Hill series' final three years. Jana Kramer's first country releases were featured on episodes of One Tree Hill and helped to push her debut album from 2012 into the top 20 of the Billboard 200. Thirty One (2015), the album which followed in 2015 also made it to in the Top Ten. The decade came to an end with appearances on Dancing with the Stars, Television films, and other singles not from the album. In 2021, The Self-Doubting Voices came out. Jana Rae Kramer, born in Rochester Hills Michigan and raised there, grew to love the music of country. Then she decided to pursue an acting career. But her debut professional appearance was as an actress in the film Dead/Undead at the age of 22 when she was an teen. After a few guest appearances for All My Children or CSI: NY, Kramer landed the role of Noelle Davenport on NBC Friday Night Lights in the show's 2nd season 2007-2008. Kramer went to appear as Portia Ranson on 90210 from 2008 to 2009 and Brooke Manning on Entourage 2009 before joining the cast of the CW's One Tree Hill as Alex Dupre in 2009. She continued to appear until the series' final season in 2012. Jana Kramer Kramer, during her stint in One Tree Hill signed with Elektra Records. She debuted modern country track I Won't Give Up in a 2011 One Tree Hill episode. The song was later featured in Jana Kramer, her debut album that debuted in 2012. Billboard Top Country Albums ranked the track in the Top Five. Later, she concentrated her acting career around music and acted in films including Heart of the Country 2013 and Country Crush 2016, which was a hit with her fans. In October of 2015, Kramer dropped her debut album thirty One from Warner Music Nashville. I Got the Boy - an album that was a Top Five Country hit - as well as Steven Tyler, Aerosmith's lead singer in a duet helped to make it into the top ten spot on the Billboard 200.
